Digital Artefacts and The Role of Digital Affordance

Abstract This work investigates how the concept of affordance should be revised following digital evolution. Starting from a review literature about affordance, most acknowledged constructs are compared with variegated definitions artefacts. The paper proposes definition overcoming inconsistencies identified in literature. study is enriched by series interviews to investigate final users' perception affordance. Finally, shows application proposed model case related food delivery services.
